Terms of use

Test phase

• Loupa is provided free of charge to invited testers for the duration of the test phase.
• It is a working version: features may change, and errors and breaks in availability can happen. Please report them with the “Report a problem” button.
• Keep your own copies of important files — during the test phase Loupa is not your only archive.

Account

• You sign in with a Google account and are responsible for what happens on your account.
• The owner of a studio decides who is a member and what role they have; the role decides what they can see.
• You can delete your account at any time in Settings → Danger zone.

Your content

• Files, comments and data you upload remain yours. You grant Loupa only the permission needed to store them and show them to the people you share them with.
• Upload only content you have the right to use and share, including your clients' materials.
• Do not use Loupa to store unlawful content, malware or other people's personal data without a legal basis.

Responsibility

During the test phase Loupa is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for lost data, lost profits or decisions made on the basis of figures in the app — costs, margins and invoices shown in Loupa are aids, not accounting records.

End of the test phase

Before the test phase ends we will tell testers what happens next — including prices, if any — and give time to export or delete data. Continuing to use Loupa after that will require accepting new terms.
