What is Loupa

Loupa is a client review and approval tool for creative studios and agencies. The studio plans the project on a timeline, uploads versions of the work — video, images, PDFs, audio, or links to Figma and live builds — and sends the client one link. Without creating an account, the client pins comments to the exact second, page or spot in the frame and approves a version with their name and a time stamp. Along the way the studio sees hours, labour cost and project profitability.

“Can you move the logo — the one in the middle, slide 4 I think, or was it in the second video?”

Creative work, from brief to approved

Not a task list. The work itself, moving through review to a decision.

The unit in Loupa is not a task but what goes to the client: a cut, a deck, a board, a photo set — with its stage, versions, comments and decision. The same loop works for a branding studio, a post house, a set design studio and an exhibition crew; only the vocabulary and stages change.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

What is Loupa?

A review and approval tool for creative work: from the brief and project plan, through versions and client comments, to an approval with a name and a time stamp. Plus labour cost and project profitability.

Does my client need an account?

No. The client gets one link, sees the work straight away and only types a name with their first comment. They can pin comments, draw on the work, request changes and approve.

What can be reviewed?

Video (comments on the exact second), images and photos (comments on a point in the frame), PDFs (comments on a page), audio, and links — Figma, Vercel deployments, TestFlight and more.

Who is Loupa for?

Studios and agencies whose work goes through a client's hands: branding and design, motion and post-production, film, exhibition stands, set design, architecture and interiors, photography, software houses and content teams.

How much does Loupa cost?

It is free during the beta, with no card and no feature limits. We will announce paid plans well in advance. Your clients never pay.

Where is the data stored?

In the European Union — the database and files are stored with Supabase in Frankfurt, and the app runs on Vercel. You can delete your account and studio data yourself in settings.

Is Loupa available in English?

Yes. The app, the client link and this site work in English and Polish — switching takes one click.

Stop chasing feedback.

Set up a project, drop in a file, send one link. It takes about four minutes.
